1. Lovely time at the breakfast forum
2. Walk/Jog to Farringdon place
3. Good working day
4. Spinning class at lunchtime, proper kitu!!
5. Exchange at the Punk with Del
6. Met Matt for the first time
7. Spending time with TS
8. My lovely brother in law for helping me with some kitu information, gratos gratos
9. Miss Tsungu
10. Being in a happy state
